Flowers

does anyone know if Stargazer Lilies Smell bad???? Someone told me that if we have them in our centerpieces, they will smell bad...is this true?????

They don't smell bad. Just make sure your florist cuts out the pollen or it'll get all over and stain things orange!! They are my favorite flower!!

Ummm..I love the way lilies smell. FH gets them in my bo-k's all of the time and my whole room smells great.

JMO...go buy a bo-k for yourself and see. You can prob get for like $20 at a local florist

yes, they smell great, they are just very messy!!!!

They don't smell bad, but I am SOOOOOO allergic to them! I love the way they look, but they will be nowhere near my wedding. Even with the stamens cut out they still have me running for the tissue box! So, just be conscious of that and make sure all the stamens are cut out (of course if I had to carry a bo-k of them I would probably die! sitting at a table with them in a CP would be ok...)

I love the smell of flowers. They are one of the stronger smelling flowers.

Thanks, FMIL and FSIL requested I did not have them, because they said it would smell like a 'funeral home' I think they just need to mind their own business. is it bad that I want to have those flowers now, just to piss them off???? LOL!

I think they have a distinct smell, I wouldn't call it bad
