Can I have opinions (good and bad) about the following places? We are on a tight budget with flowers. Ideally, I want to spend $1500, but will go to $2000 the most.
About 18 tables (low CP) 5 BM 1 MOH 1 FG 5 GM 2 BM petals on tables maybe cake flowers 2 corsages for mothers 2 for grandmothers
no flowers for church

i wasnt a fan of flowers by brian- i booked flowers by gina last night-- we went to over 5 florists and she absolutely gave us the best deal and they were gorgeous!!! shell definately work with your budget

She was really nice. I liked that she had a sample set up for me, and made another sample right there for me. I think Burton's is cheaper though, and they said I can use any flower. I dont knowwwww

I agree with Flowers by Gina!!! She had a centerpiece set up for me and even though it didn't completely fit my color scheme she made me a valentines flower arrangement to take home & will have my centerpiece ready for me the next time I meet with her. She gave me a lot for a good price and she such a sweetheart. She even offered to take other things in addition to the flowers to the RH for me and set it up!!! Definitely check her out.

Def check Flowers and designs by Gina. Check my review for pro pics of the flowers, they were STUNNING. My grandmother called the other day, almost a month after the wedding, to say that they wree the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen

I JUST booked Flowers by Gina TONIGHT! She is such a great person, super responsive via email, and truly wants to make you happy. My low centerpiece sample WAS HUGE (but not obtrusive). Definitely meet with her.

Flower Barn... they will definitely be in your price range - additionally their quality is amazing - they gave me a rose to take home and it lasted in perfect condition for over a month... still looking good over a month later

a good florist will ask for your budget, the type of flowers you want to use and tell you what they can do to fit your budget. if they do not do that or tell you that it is impossible, then they aren't a good florist and you need to move on. even if you want a seriously expensive flower but only have a limited budget, they should be able to tell you that they can only use a few of your chosen flower and offer a few filler options. its not a bad idea to meet with a few different people until you get what you want for the price that you want. there are soooo many florists on LI just keep up with the research and you will find what you are looking for.

I agree! She gave me exactly what I wanted and worked in my budget. She was honest and not pushy at all!

seconded! and anytime you stop in he give you a flower :) when i went for my consult, he gave me the bouquet he whipped up!

Met with five popular florists on this site... and Flowers & Designs by Gina was our favorite and gave us the best price for what we wanted. Go to your meetings with ideas and send them ahead of your appointment. We did this and Gina made us a CP to show us her work incorporated with our vision and none of the others impressed us. Even after booking, Gina calls all the time or emails ideas, checks in and asks if anything has changed. She's on top of her game and very responsive. I don't have to wait 3 days to get a return call, she responds in less than 3 hours. Many 2010ers have used her and have been satisfied.

u can def get a good quote between 1500-2000 maybe some places can make it closer to 1500. have you looked at low Cps and their cost?
I am with FBB and I calculated something closer to 2000. I like Fbb, stacey helped me a lot by staying within my budget and what I like about her is she has so many suggestions and ideas that she always shares with me!!
