This is what I came up with for my flower budget - is this reasonable? I know it all depends on the flowers I get but I think this should be fine. I just checked Pedestals - BEAUTIFUL - but are they expensive????
Bride's Bouquet $120.00
Bridesmaid Bouquets (8) $500.00
Groom & Groomsmen Boutonnieres $150.00
Flower Girl Flowers (1) $50.00
Reception Decorations & Centerpieces (13 tables - i want the high ones) $1,300.00
Ceremony Decorations (church) $350.00

Your Bq and BM Bq sound good.
Bouts are like 5.00 a piece really
FG - tossed petals are usually free or just like $10
Not sure about anything else though.

i'm kinda going with a florist my mom knows .. she was nice enuff to give me $50 for each bridesmaid and $100 for me =p ..

if you like them so much, i would suggest making an appointment with them and tell them what your budget is. they'll try to stick within your budget. the only thing that's a little ridiculous to me is the $50 for flower girl flowers. no need.

Ohh I didnt know they had prices on their site. You should def go to their showroom, its amazing in there. THe prices are prob different depending on what kind of flowers you want

I think you can get toss petals for the flower girl thrown in for free. The tall centerpieces start at $125 at pedestals if I remember correctly. You can definitely get low centerpieces for that price but you might have to pay a little more for high centerpieces. We are working with Phyllis at Pedestals and I highly recommend her. Tell her what your budget is and see what she can do.

To save money on centerpieces try doing half high/half low. Some highs ones might be over 125, but if your low are less than 75 they will balance out on the price budget. HTH

For the tall CP's i've seen girls on here say they are more in the $125 range. also the boutonaires (sp?) are more like $5-$8 each. I got my BM bok's for $85 each i really doubt someone will charge you for toss petals - if they do after you spend all that other money then they are nickel and diming you and i'd go elsewhere - IMO
check out a few florists - remember you're booking to hold the date you flower selections can always change, you're not tied down until a few weeks before the wedding.

there are alot of places you can get a great price...you have to let people know your budget and see if they will work with you. I had cut flowers out all together and now i am having them!!! Calla lillies too thats what i always wanted for my wedding. and i am paying under 1000 for 16 CPs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you please tell me about the flower barn, where it is, and what they carry? Also, I see you're a CLM gal; Are you using chair covers? I thought the chairs were pretty, from what I saw on-line, but Deb would like to cover them. Mary MOB
