FlOWERS BY B R I AN - RICH

hi

I wanted to know if anyone who has booked or is thinking of booking found out about Rich from Flowers By Brian. Rumor has it that he is no longer with FBB and I wanted to see if anyone else heard this?

I had met with him a few months ago and totally connected with him. I had called a few times to reschedule a new appointment to see a sample centerpiece. After a few messages and phone calls someone had called to tell me he decided to take a leave and I had a new person who would be helping me going forward. I just hope everything is ok with him; he was a great guy to work with.

I met with Rich a few months back. Very nice guy. Who are you meeting with?

Joseph is absolutely wonderful. You are in great hands. He really knows his stuff and has a passion for what he does!

I second this! Joseph is my contact person at FBB and he is great to work with!

Does anyone know why Rich left?? I booked with him and he totally knew what I wanted... I guess I have to start over now.

Is Joseph taking over all of his accounts or just some?

I met with Rich and I was not a fan, we just didn't seem to be on the same page. I didn't book with him but I was trying to decide between FBB and Pedestals. Recently, Joseph called me and told me more or less Rich was no longer with the company and he would be taking over his accounts, and he was overly overly accomodating to us. I may go in to see a sample before I decide, but I did hear Rich is definitely gone due to negative feedback.

No problem! I told Joseph that Rich went above and beyond my budget and pretty much told me once I signed he would show me stuff, which I didn't love. Joseph offered to come in at my budget as well as put together a centerpiece just for me before I even signed. He was very accomodating and made me really want to book with them. I think they are really focused on their customer service and making their customers happy and clearing any negativity from their name, so i feel they will be really generous and flexible.
