Flowers by Brian

Hey,

Is anyone or has anyonoe used Flowers by Brian before....I just visited them today and I loved their work, but I'm interested in getting some of your feedback on them.

My friend used them last year for her wedding. Her flowers were gorgeous! I haven't priced them out yet. . .I just heard they were a little pricey but she looooved his stuff.

I AM! They are really great they do gorgoues work and they a great to work with.

My BM used them for her wedding...her flowers were beautiful but the customer service was horrendous...she won't recommend them to anyone. I was her MOH and I can vouch for the stress they caused on her wedding day. Just sharing the experience!

So far, their customer service has been impeccable.....they showed me my CP and my bouquet BEFORE I ever decided to book with them....other florists rarely do that.

In addition, i feel really confident in Brian's flowers because of his reputation, he will ensure that everything goes very well.

I told him last night when I booked that if there is the slightest problem with my flowers, they will be hearing from me on Monday when I'm on my way to the airport to go on my honeymoon and I really wasn't joking....he knows how serious I am.

They were a little pricey compared to other places that I went to. I also felt that I was not listen to as much as at other places that I have met with. I was basically asked for my color scheme and then my entire proposal was written out and priced with little to no visuals to understand the concepts he had come up with. They have a good reputation, but that was my experience.

i went there - really liked their work but they were way more expensive than other places i went to - like thousands more - im a bargain shopper so i would definitely check some other places for a better deal unless you can fit them in your budget - then i would say go for it!
