Flowers By Brian

Has anyone used or booked with Flowers by Brian? My fiancée and I just booked with them and wanted to get some feedback. The person we are working with is Joseph.

I booked with them, I did not have either consultant listed above, so hopefully what happended to me, won't happen to you. My flowers were gorgeous, dont get me wrong, but I had nothing but hassles leading up to the wedding. I had two consultants before I had to work with the owner Brian and communication was horrible throughout. One consultant left, the next one was fired. My wedding had to be postponed due to the hurricane and they were not understandable at all and made me pay for the flowers for the wedding anyway- but I wouldnt be able to receive them. Also, my biggest complaint was that we agreed to pay for a portion of the price of the flowers bought (they used some of ours for another event then), told Brian's assistance that once we got back from out honeymoon (couldnt postpone that) that we would come in an pay- they said fine. Well...my husband and I came back from our honeymoon to a letter from an attorney stating that Flowers by Brian was suing us because we did not pay our bill!! Luckily everything was sorted out, but I felt this was completely rude and a horrible thing to do to a bride who just had to replan her whole wedding in one day.

My advice is to always stick to your guns when dealing with them there and always have everything in writing..communication and having sympathy is not one of their finest attributes.

I'm working w Fabiola. They were cheaper than the one other florist we met with.
And they seemed more professional in my opinion.
We had to use one of the house florist as per my hall. So I narrowed it down to two and then went to those appts.
