I was just going through my wedding stuff.... and I see on my flower contract it says 'call 2 months before wedding to finalize'
Do I call or do they call me? I thought I couldn't see a sample CP until right before the wedding.

I called them and I did it 2 weeks before the wedding. Give them a call for piece of mind just in case their policy is different.

Yeah, I met with them again about a month ago to finalize the details and I am going to see my sample CP on Thursday (they advised me to call about 2 weeks before the wedding to set this appointment) I mainly use email since i'm an OOT bride, but they seem to work well with appointments. They typically respond to my emaisl with one word responses, so its the type of vendor you just have to meet with and then trust them to work their magic. I'll let you know the outcome Thurs :) I've seen their work before and I know they do an awesome job so i'm not too worried!

Since we live almost 2 1/2 hrs away from LI we had to do all our correspondence through email & phone. I tried to actually meet & do sample centerpiece appt 2 weeks before wedding but Bobbi told me that our particular flowers wouldnt be in until the week of - I ended up seeing sample 4 days before the wedding - but it was still beautiful!

YOu call them to finalize the exact flowers and then you see the sample the week before your wedding.
Be very exact with what you want. I did and they still messed it up the day of

You should call them to schedule the meeting! They never contacted me after our initial mtg/deposit, so I made an appt for a month before to go over exact flower type/table count etc. Then I hope to see a sample the week of the wedding.

When I signed the contract with them they told me to call them about 6 weeks before the wedding to set up an appointment to pick out my flowers. I am not getting CP's just bok's and bout's. If your getting CP's maybe call them about 2 months before your wedding.
