Regardless of whether she had an accident or not, that is no basis for her to keep everyone's money.
And you specifically told me in the phone she got into an accident before your wedding, and another one the day of your wedding. 2 accidents in one week? That does not make any sense at all.
That does not explain why she is emailing saying she was in the hospital for 10 days labor day weekend when your wedding was all the way back August 15th. You told me yourself you saw her get rushed to the hospital and her neighbor said she had a breakdown. So your story is inconsistent in itself right now.
You said she delivered your flowers in the morning and they fell apart. You then said you tried contacting Gina and you couldn't get ahold of her, and then she never delivered your afternoon flowers.
Feeling bad for someone does not excusve unprofessional behavior in the workplace. If she is mature enough to run a business, she should make good on her promises and pay all these brides back. She cannot do so because she spent all the money and now she is trying to act like nothing happened.
I am livid, and her response to this whole situation is absolutely unprofessional. She will be seeing me in court on October 12th.

She did MISS MY WEDDING and i don't wanna hear anything if she were truly sorry she would be reaching out to me.
I find it so hard to believe she is in contact with you.
When you atleast had flowers for your wedding thats why your okay with it.

So don't go telling people how to feel how to react or anything until you are in a persons shoes.

The girls on here that are not even Gina's brides should stop posting your input is not needed or wanted.
This is a public forum - so even brides here who arent booked w/ her we have every right to comment and question since we are brides on a bridal/wedding website.

You are right about that. But imagine coming out of the hospital and having your mailbox full of all the angry brides. I think she will handle everything the way it deserves handling. I think all the weddings that she missed she will compensate for.

Both Gina's story and yours are riddled with inconsistencies which makes me believe the two of you are friends (and you even told me she was your friend outside of the pure work relationship). This whole thing comes down to the fact that she has a lot of money from all of these brides (including myself), and is using this accident as a reason for keeping it and that is wholly unacceptable.

She is going to use our posts as an excuse of us ruining her business and her not having money to repay us. She has threatened us with that already, so how do you explain that!?? I am not a fake. My wedding was August 15th at woodbury Country Club all them and ask yourself. I am not excusing her I'm just saying that people should be a little more understanding of human error. I'm sure she will contact you i have full faith in her.

How can you have full faith when she already told everyone she is not refunding the money and we could take her to court. Marina, I am under the strong impression you are friends with Gina and she sent you to find out information for her. If I'm wrong about that, I apologize, but you are sticking up for a woman who has been caught in lie after lie. And this is all going to come out in court.
