I have a question. Why is she still a preferred vendor when there is litigation pending against her?

Nope sunday will be 30 days I have emailed her asking for my payment back and I saw she read it but no reply
What stinks is that even when you have a judgment, she doesn't have to pay you. Having a judgment against you just means that you wouldn't be able to qualify for a loan until your judgments are settled up and paid. But no one, not even a Court order, can force money out of her hands.

A lien can be placed upon her bank account, wages garnished, in some circumstances there could be a court order forcing a sale of certain real or personal property to settle the judgment

I have been reading this board and OMG!!! I cant believe she thinks she cant get away with this. Any updates from anyone who has sued her? Anybody got any money back?
Another judgement in favor. But now to collect is another hurdle.

I have just seen this thread and admittedly not read every post but aside from small claims court which is only to a certain amount, PLEASE contact both the BBB and department of consumer affairs as well as the attorney general. If the business was legal, it will be shut down and liens and judgements will be placed on personal assets if the proper insurance wasn't in place. If adequate insurance was in place, you should all be paid back per that policy. Whether home based or not, you need a business license with insurance unless you are an illegal business. Almost all of the better RH require vendors to provide proof of their liability coverage and bonding. While not the same, I had an issue with a MAJOR bedding company and my issue was resolved quickly by contacting the above mentioned offices. You can also contact your local legislators, senators, etc. Don't forget if you paid your money on a credit card you can also file with them. Amex gave me back $3300 for the above mentioned bed in a heartbeat. While devastating, if it happened once and was backed up by facts you might be able to get past it but not when there are multiple abandonments. My heart goes out to all of you who have had to endure this.
