At this point I do not have any pity for her. She is acting like she did nothing wrong at all when people contact her and she responds. Gina I seriously hope you are reading this- at the end of the day what ever really happened was unfortunate, but you refused to even try to work things out and we were ready to let it go. All we wanted to know was the truth. BUT since you did not remedy the issue and THAT is what affected more your business, not us, deal with it.
There are brides who's wedding you missed out on and you are only getting what you deserve for your actions.

just an update

apparently gina cant answer calls or emails bc ive been sending them for months with no response

but good news

she answers texts!

oh the nerve of this woman!
if only i could copy and paste exactly what shes had to say

I got in toch with her through texts as well
and she said to me that she has no money and that she will not pay anyone. I filled a lawsuit against her and had my court date last week she didn't show.
I want to contact the attorney general. I anyone is interested FM me and we will file together.

I have filed a complaint against Gina with the BBB also with the consumer affairs. I strongly suggest everyone who is affected to do the same. Also if anyone wants to contact the attorney general with me let me know. we can start a big lawsuit against her if we do it together.
I spoke to Gina through texts today and she said and I quote ' The damages from all the brides was unreal and I have NO money to pay you '.
Based on that statement I don't want to sit around and wait so I am taking action.

the damages were unreal. right she is! but they were all her fault and she took the $ and signed contracts.

ridiculous. keep bumping this thread so future brides (im sure there will be more engagements soon) see this!

I did not book gina but read these posts and wanted to let you know i worked for the attorney generals office dept that dealt with these issues. The consumer affairs dept is located in hauppauge. I would suggest getting everyone together before filing bc then the Atty General will take it more seriously and start an action. FM if you need help. goodluck ladies!

She had contracts for weddings to do flowers, and stopped showing up, would tell the brides that she would be there, and did not show up the day of the wedding. Girls had to scramble to find new florists, some had no flowers at all for their wedding despite giving thousands to her for wedding flowers.

well not so much an update but I guess I should state that I was originally a Gina bride. After what happened, I clearly switched florist but never contacted Gina to let her know I was switching (we did not leave a very big deposit so we just took the loss since we got an amazing deal with the new florist).

Well our wedding came and went and Gina (who technically we were still under contract with) never called a month before to confirm anything (like she said she would), and we have not heard a single peep from her.

Good thing we switched florists, huh?
