FM appointment today - going over my contract

Well I figured I am hitting the six month marker and with all the confusion of the person who I booked with leaving FM I should meet with John and go over things.

So I will be there at 11 to go over everything - we had changes. Then make an appointment to view my sample when he suggests to do so.

okay i am back. Anyone who has booked with Barbara i would suggest making another appointment before your sample to go over your contract.

I am not slamming Barbara but there was stuff i specifically asked to have that were not written into my contact. I never realized it because I am not sure the name of every flower so now looking at my old florists books and talking with John I realized I had the wrong orchids written down. I told her I wanted all GREEN orchids not with burgundy centers and that was what I was getting. I realize it wouldn't of been HUGE problem because I would notice it when the sample was done but still it kinda ******.

I also asked her to add a bridal party member - she never did. She is still great just things got dropped out that of course would of been picked up when I went in to see my sample just why waste time ya know?

I also found out my sample would be in January not September as I was originally told.

I changed my flowers around a bit and I am very happy. I hope to add more to the flower budget before January so that we can have more flowers or a bigger arrangement for the centerpieces. I am not worried about the bq's or the bouts but the centerpieces I think are lacking right now. So with getting another job hopefully we can put some of that extra cash to that.

Oh yes deff. I really feel that you hire people they do a job and if they leave it does get a little messy. It also doesn't help when the person you hire doesn't write exact notes down so that if they are no there to oversee the work that it is done correctly.
