Should I call them, or do they call me to finalize details? When do they call, or should I call? I am about 1 month away....

I called them. I think I called a couple of weeks before. They didn't call me. Because I realized that I think they said during our time of booking that I should call them to meet the week of the wedding (or maybe it was in the contract). I don't know. It's always safer to call and set up the appointment so you don't have to worry or think about it anymore. However, it was like 15 minute meeting when we went over everything. So I'm sure they would squeeze you in easily if you forgot.
You can email them and set up a meeting 2-4 weeks before the wedding to go over everything. They give you a form to fill out.
Call then they will schedule you 2 weeks before you wedding and you will make the last payment then too. Make sure you have filled out all the sheets that were in the folder for the songs and intro.

I called them and made an appt with them. I am after you so I'd say give them a call and def schedule a meeting.
