FMIL

Does anyone know of any nice cards or sayings I can include in a card to her about marrying her son?

Re: FMIL

You are the other mother I received
The day I wed your son
And I just want to thank you mom
For the loving things you've done
You've given me a gracious man
With whom I share my life
You are his loving mother
And I his lucky wife
You used to pat his little head
And now I hold his hand
You raised in love a little boy
And then gave me the man.

Mother-in-Law they say...and yet somehow, I simply can't forget
Twas You who watched his baby ways,
Twas you who taught him his first hymn of praise
Twas you who smiled on him with living pride
When he first toddled by your side.

Mother in law
Twas you who taught him to be kind and true;
Twas to your arms he used to creep when he was tired...almost alseep...
And when he bruised his tiny knee
Twas you who kissed it tenderly.

Mother-in-law, they say, and yet, somehow
I never shall forget how much I owe to you
who taught him how to grow.

You trained your son to look above
You made him the man I love;
And so I think of that today...
And then with a thankful heart I'll say
Our Mother.

Mother - poem from the Bride to the Groom's mother (Poem)
submitted by Engaged Couples Mailing List

You are the mother I received
The day I wed your son.
And I just want to thank you, Mum
For all the things you've done.

You've given me a gracious man
With whom I share my life.
You are his loving mother and
I his lucky wife.

You used to pat his little head,
And now I hold his hand.
You raised in love a little boy
And gave to me a man.

Mother-In-Law (Poem)

The law says now you are my mom
for I have wed your son,
but you are really a mother to me
by the thoughtful deeds you've done.

You've shown me kindness, you've shown me love,
you've shown me caring too.
You've given your most precious gift,
what more could a mother do?

You mean so much to me, dear mom,
your gifts I can't repay.
You gave me your little boy to love,
and I thank you every day.
