FMIL bought her dress

she wanted us to go with her on Austin street because theres 2 real good stores for dresses. She wanted to just look around, and we went first to chez moi and she tried on 3 gorgeous dresses but wasn't sure about any...then we went to my favorite store OZ boutique and tried on about 8-10 dresses, 4 of them were SOOOO gorgeous i couldn't even pick at first, but then she tried those on again and there was one that was STUNNING and fit her perfect and she ended up buying it.

I really recommend OZ boutique to go look at dresses for MOG and MOB, i am gonna take my mom there, shes been there before so she also said she wants to look there...Such a great selection. They can be a bit pricey but i also have seen on here that when ppl go to bridal type stores and look at MOB and MOG dresses they are also pricey

hahaha well honestly i LOVE that store for dresses...i go to bloomingdales, nordstroms and all these stores and really don't find much i like...This store has such amazing dresses

you really should, i was just telling my mom to let me know when she wants to go, but shes on a diet and doesnt want to go anytime soon lol...Seriously we had a hard time picking one bc they had such stunning dresses

That dress is gorgeous. My mom is like I am not wearing a traditional mother of the bride dress she is young lol. Where is that store located??

trust me though its not as revealing, they made it alot more sexier on the model bc Fh's mother would never wear anything that revealing, shes the head of a church choir lol

Its in queens so i know its not that close to everyone...its in forest hills to be exact on austin street...Chez moi is also real good for this, they carry alot of jovani dresses

im looking at the site to see other dresses i saw today to get an idea of what they have in the store, and some she tried on...but also whatever dresses you see online or in magazines by those designers they carry they can order it for you if they don't have it in the store

She also tried this one on, its beautiful in person and the bottom is real nice

I just looked they don't seem to have the designers that my mom was looking at. But I guess it doesn't hurt to try. We will also probably try Meika in Woodbury. They seem to have the designers there. We have time but my mom and I are planning on going this summer so we could definitely shop around. My mom DOES NOT want a traditional MOB dress. She looks like she could be my sis for gods sake..lol
