she wanted us to go with her on Austin street because theres 2 real good stores for dresses. She wanted to just look around, and we went first to chez moi and she tried on 3 gorgeous dresses but wasn't sure about any...then we went to my favorite store OZ boutique and tried on about 8-10 dresses, 4 of them were SOOOO gorgeous i couldn't even pick at first, but then she tried those on again and there was one that was STUNNING and fit her perfect and she ended up buying it.
I really recommend OZ boutique to go look at dresses for MOG and MOB, i am gonna take my mom there, shes been there before so she also said she wants to look there...Such a great selection. They can be a bit pricey but i also have seen on here that when ppl go to bridal type stores and look at MOB and MOG dresses they are also pricey

I just looked they don't seem to have the designers that my mom was looking at. But I guess it doesn't hurt to try. We will also probably try Meika in Woodbury. They seem to have the designers there. We have time but my mom and I are planning on going this summer so we could definitely shop around. My mom DOES NOT want a traditional MOB dress. She looks like she could be my sis for gods sake..lol
yeah i completely understand, my mom is young too and i can't even picture here in a tradional MOB gown...definitely shop around, you have time now and she can look at a bunch of selections

here is a site that has all the same designers, they might have others too though, but you can use this site if you see any dress on here and its not in the store they'll order it for you...Im looking at the site now and i see some dresses i saw in there today but not ALOT of them, they had a better selection...but also any dress on this site they can order for you

THIS ONE IS STUNNING IN PERSON!!! this was the other dress FMIL was deciding between, but in a cafe color, it was light a taupe/champagne type color-GORGEOUS
since you also want something non-traditional go to the jovani site i linked and go to the other sections too, not just MOB selection, also try dolce jovani and jovani evening and the others
