Im gonna play devil here for a moment.
On the surface it does not look bad to me. It *IS* a special day for her, but its not *HER* special day.
Obviously she lost her husband and is probably feeling sad about that.
And I dont think she was rude is asking you for the invitations so she could use them as a keepsake.
What I would say is just take it in stride and move on. Its obvious she is crazy about you...even tho she is a bit crazy herself :)
Just take a deep breath. This is small in the drama department (thank goodness).
