FMIL & FSIL

FMIL got mad cause I said something about dying shoes and she said wait.. I thought you told the girls to buy silver shoes and I was like, I did, but MY shoes are going to be my something blue and she said 'You're scaring me Jamie. That's not right' All angry Then FSIL but in and said 'your shoes are supposed to be white and your garter is supposed to be your something blue!

WHO THE FUKC SAYS? So I said 'Sorry FMIL, it's 2011. white shoes and blue garter are not me. Blue shoes and zebra garter are!'

Too effing bad. I've done so much stuff for this wedding without complaint to make other people happy cause I just didn't care enough to fight about. MY shoes will be MY decision.

yeah my FMIL is definitely not allowed to tell me what shoes i'm wearing unless she's buying me white manolos - eff her

It's amazing what people will pick to start an argument about. Honestly, who is looking at your feet. The majority of the time your shoes will be covered by your dress so who cares if they are white, blue, fushia, yellow, or even zebra print! Good for standing up for yourself.

I ignore pretty much everything my FMIL says bc most of the time she's out of line and doesn't know what she's talking about anyway. You have the shoes and garter YOU want, who cares what they think!
