Re: FML - Colitis
A lot of the 'don't eat food' can be eaten in moderation if you're not having a flare up. It really depends on your stomach.
FM if you have questions- I have a similar dx so I might be able to help!

what a broad range of food! Sorry you are dealing with that...in time you're body will adjust and you will not even think about your limitations.
Stay positive!

talk about being anorexic....what else is left!!!
So what happens if you do eat this stuff? Is it absolutely terrible for your body?
Best of luck to you! That is a tough thing! Be strong!

Re: FML - Colitis
Awww that sucksss im sorry!!!!
On a side note: FH actually used to know someone who was diagnosed with a gluten allergy when he was super young (basically gluten is in everything) and never ate ANYTHING. Until he turned 24 and the Dr told him and his family there was a huge mix up and he was never allergic! I WOULD KILL SOMEONE!!!

wow, ive never heard of this, sorry to hear that. Think positive, you will probably be very healty/loose some lbs from cutting out so much...I would ask the doctor or see if there is a message board for others like you who share their advice on food/meals.
