I was wondering, my fml has not yet gone to get her dress for the wedding which is only five months away. She wants he professionally made and I keep telling her to go to the women and find out if there is enough time. What do you girls think I should do? My finace is a only child so I thought she would make sure her dress was done by now but I guess I thought wrong.

i wouldnt worry about it, my wedding is july 1st and fmil just went to look a month ago.

She still has plenty of time. Really, even if someone makes it. It could be worse= she could be wearing off-white pants in the same fabric as your dress with a top that matches your MOH! Can you tell my FMIL is nuts!

My wedding is in almost 2 months and FMIL hasn't even thought about it yet. You're luck she even has a plan! Don't worry!

dont worry you have plenty of time. MY FMIL dress and my moms dress wont be until 2 wks before the wedding. You will be okay. :)

my wedding is 1 month after yours and none of my bridesmaids/MOH's or my mom or his mom have gone looking for dresses yet.
oh well.. I hope they don't show up in sweats

Michael's mom just went on Thursday to get fitted for her dress at the house of a lady who is making it also. I'm not too nervous. It will happen.

My sil's wedding is Sept 2nd. my mil just ordered her dress for the wedding last week!!!! They told her it would get here in time.
I dont about having it custom made though. Tell her to get a move on or buy a regular mob dress!!! She can always pay a rush fee to make sure she gets it on time.
