It makes me sooooo mad!!!!! Especially when I take a lot of time and put a lot of thought into the response.....

Re: FM's
Deb - c'mon now - I thought this is our favorite debatble topic over on NW!!! Seriously, I sent someone a whole bunch of information to their email address (their request) and 4 days later I FM'd them to make sure she got it because I never heard from her!! It gets annoying and makes you want to help people less sometimes.

i think she is asking more about fm's then regular post. for example, i write you and ask you who you used for such and such. and you write back an incredibly detailed, helpful fm and i don't even bother to respond to thank you for your help.

Re: FM's
its kind of annoying b/c they're so anxious to get an answer, but like someone else said, can't just take 2 seconds to say thank you
side story- like a week or so before my wedding, Jan05bride wrote me a super long FM that was seriously the MOST resourceful thing for my reception, and she was like a god-send with all of the last minute info. I remember i was running around liek a chicken w/o a head, and only wrote back soemthing like 'thank you sooo much i really appreciate it'. i felt like that was such an understatement as to HOW much she had truly helped me! Anyway, my point in this was just that... I understand (as i think most of us do since we Were in the same position).. that it Can be hectic, and no one's asking to have their toes kissed or anything for helping out, but really, it takes a minute to acknowledge that someone did something for you... its just basic common courtesy

Re: FM's
I think there should be a button that you can hit to add to your FM after the person is clearly not thanking you that says 'You're Welcome D!CK'.
