FOCCUS form

FOCCUS form

We filled out our FOCCUS forms 8 months ago when our priest gave them to us. We then decided to get married at the reception location with a different priest (very hands off and I've never even met the priest who will marry us) so I never returned the test or forms.

Now we are going to Pre Cana (in Manhattan - not at local parish). What do I do with the FOCCUS form? I'm too scared to call the office for the Pre Cana registration because they yell at everyone and say not to call them ever again (lovely Catholic women that they are). I was yelled at already today.

What do I do with the form? Is it used during Pre Cana? I found it is a bit silly sometimes and the questions a little confusing but we filled it out so I want to use the results if we can.

What is the FOCCUS form? Where you tell about each other or is it just general information about you and you FH?

I would check with the Manhattan pre-cana program. Tell them you already filled them out but didn't submit them. They might be able to accept them and change the code on the front (the one that tells the company that compiles the results where to send them). Or they might make you take them all over again because I think they are required for pre-cana.

I can't call them - they will not speak to you over the phone. (I'm not joking. they are so rude and already yelled at me for asking this)

Did people do them with their priests or at the Pre Cana?

I did mine with a moderator. I was not allowed to take them home, which is what makes me think you may have to fill them out all over again in the presence of the priest or other representative from pre-cana.
