Ours was at someone's house and I wore my work clothes.
It was very quick, a lot less painful than I expected. We talked with the host couple for a bit, did the test and left. Went back, went over some questions, and that was it.

We sat in separate rooms, took the test, it was like an hour maybe a lil less, and left. we wore church appropriate attire. went back a couple weeks later to discuss responses with priest.
