follow up re: Bridal Reflections
For any of you who know the drama I have been dealing with regarding my Bridal Reflections experience, I have a pending complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I just sent off the following e-mail:
I have been playing phone tag with Christina DeMarco, a Vice President with your organization. I work full time and my work environment is not conducive to holding a discussion about my dissatisfaction with my Bridal Reflections experience. My work hours have made it difficult for Ms. DeMarco and I to speak in person. Essentially, I want a full refund for the services (or lack thereof) I paid for at your Carle Place location. I have been advised to conduct all my communications with you in writing. Please contact me at XXX and let me know what needs to be done in order for me to receive a full refund.
