Fondu

I just bumped up two threads for you hope this helps

T, my bf made the best fondue 2 weeks ago at my house. In a double broiler she put first 1/2 cup of heavy cream. She let that simmer for a bit to get it a little think. Then when ready added one bag of the nestle sem-sweet chocolate chips (14oz). She mixed it up until it was melted and all smoothly mixed together. AT the end we added a shot of godiva liqour. Mixed that in and it was awesome!!!!!

It was soo good. Very easy too.

Ang!! Maybe you and Mike can come over one night for some fondue. it was really good.

I served with it:

Pound cake
graham crackers
marshmallows
bananas
strawberries
pretzels
macaroons
short bread cookies
biscotti's

You can serve it with anything that you like chocolate on. YUM!
