Hi girls What kind of font is everyone using for their invites? I just heard of dafont.com - but even on there - there are thousands of fonts - any advice? Also, if I'm having someone print this - and I send them a copy in word, they can definitely do it even if they don't have the font on their computer right?

Pick 10 fonts, print out a mock version of each and analyze them, sometimes you'll like everything but the way it makes just one letter.....sometimes when certain letters are combined they look funny so that can help narrow it down.....get it down to 3 fonts and then ask your family or BP what they think!

I used basically the same font as Avalon but it was called something else

If you create the document in Word and send it to them you should attach the font also with the email. since it wont print out unless its on their computer... the only other way is to use Adobe and PDF the document, that way, when they open it, it can print as is.
