Has anyone gone to the Venetian lately? How was the food? Any comments or critiques?

The VYC you mean? (I know there is another 1 in Jersey...). We had our food tasting there a few months back and booked on the spot! I have only heard good things!

Did you do have your tasting when the VYC aslo had a wedding scheduled? I just want to know if the VYC's kitchen was preparing not only for your tasting but the event as well? or was the tasting during a time when they were cooking just for your tasting?

I went to a wedding there like a year and a half ago, and the food was amazing! So much at CH that I couldn't even eat dinner

What about the food was average? Was it a sit down, buffet or carving station-like dinner?
