Food for GTG

For those that are interested in attending the GTG, please let me know what you would prefer to eat that the GTG. Would you like a set menu (ex. soup, salad and choice of entree), would you like to have a whole bunch of things ordered and we all share or would you like for each of us to order our own meal and then we split the bill at the end?

Please let me know so that I know what to ask as I am calling different places.
