going out for lobsta tonight with my besties.. it comes with a bunch of stufff.. so i want to save my calories...
but dinner wont be til about 8 or 9
what should i have for lunchhh

How about a BIG salad with all veggies. Lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, onions. green beans with a little oil and vinegar

If you're craving shrimp, then maybe have a salad with shrimp or some soup.

The lobster is good for you until you douse it in butter MmMMmmm and everything else isn't bad: clams, mussels, corn on the cob, baked potato + salad

i knwo a 4lb lobster is about 9 points...
so figure maybe 3 points??

If you stay away from the butter maybe around 3 or 4 pts. Use Hot sauce instead- 0pts
