Food & Menu poll

Okay if you had your choice for carvings, which would you choose?

Turkey
Sirloin

(Meat is an entree choice, right now FH is trying to decide between NY Strip Steak and Prime Rib)

And for those that eat mussels should we have

White wine sauce
Marinara sauce

These are a few things we can't decide on!

If it were me, I'd pick the sirloin and the mussels in the white wine sauce. I am not a big fan of seafood in tomato sauce. But that's just me.

Same choice for me.

White sauce!! I often avoid red sauces when I'm all dressed up!!! Don't want to spill red sauce!

i would take the sirloin.

(tell FH that NY strip steak would be better, IMO!)

and i would take the mussles in white sauce--only because i think there are many ppl who have issues with seafood in red sauces. plus i think white wine/garlic with mussels is just divine!

You're making me hungry. I would go with the Sirloin and the mussels in white wine sauce - I just prefer the white wine, and...

People might be afraid to get the red sauce since it's the cocktail hour and they might get stuck eating while standing.

turkey and white wine.

turkey is lighter than red meat IMO and if you have a red meat choice then a nice white meat for CH is nice.

mussels in garlic and wine. i feel marinara sauce is everywhere (pizza, pasta).

then again i am really biased- i dont eat red meat and i have marinara sauce at least once a week, so i am a little tired of it....
