After booking a venue, when do I get to do a food tasting? I think that could be the best part!

Before we booked at the chcc we had a food tasting with them at that point. Other brides go for their food tasting when they pick their menu's.. Closer to their wedding date usually a month or two before the wedding.

Jericho Terrace doesn't offer a food tasting (that I know of) I think that they just go on their reputation. I was kind of bummed when I found out there wasn't one but I knew it was going to be good.
