When should I schedule this if my wedding is in June? And can I bring FH, FILS and my parents?

You can schedule it whenever you want.
We are getting married in November and have one scheduled for March 2nd.
FH and I are going alone to avoid drama. But, you can have whoever you want

Ours is going to be scheduled for April for a August wedding. We can bring two guests.

ask ur hall about who u can bring....we are bringing parents and fils....however when it comes to making the menu.....were doin it allllloooooooneeeeee

I'm sure every hall is different... I actually had a tasting one month after booking my hall (which was almost a year ago!) so I kinda wish I had waited on that. They actually did a private tasting for me, FH and our parents. I would just call your RH and ask...

we had ours two weeks after bopoking just to make sure we liked the food..both sets of parents went

We're bringing both sets of parents.....ours is scheduled for April 6, but that was really the ONLY time we could all do it, and we really wanted both sets of parents to be there (FH and I live out of state)

i tasted the food before i booked the hall. but as far as picking menus i'm planning to do it like 6 weeks before.

talk to your RH and see what they do. usually they let your bring both sets of parents.
