Okay, my FH and I decided we're probably going with Westbury Manor for our wedding but we want to taste the food before it's official. Do you know if you can have free tastings there? I did one at the Swan Club, filet mignon was excellent!

i'm sure you could. i have been there twice before and the food is delicious.
dh and i had the stuffed shrimp and filet mignon.

my fh and i received a gift certificate to use in their restaurant. maybe you could use their gift certificate. most places won't let you taste the food prior to booking.

We got a gift certificate for their restaurant as welll to use if we wanted to taste the food.

same here we got a cert. ask them for it, it's probably good for one entree and drinks tho, hehe!
the food there is good i hear, my siblings went there for a wedding and said so, they are total food snobs too, hehe!

Our BM said to come to the restaurant unannounced and if we didn't like our meal we could cancel and get 100% of our downpayment back. mmm.....I daydream about their stuffed shrimp!

I don't think they do free tastings, but they do have Bridal Shows where they have trays of food passed around, like a cocktail hour.
Don't worry, the food is excellent!

They don't have a food tasting...when you sign a contract with them they give you gift cert for $25 to eat at their resturant. I've been to a couple of functions there and their food is awesome.
