Food tasting/RH questions

Hi Ladies! I'm going for the 1st of 2 food tasting this Saturday. I'm trying to think of questions I might have about the food, table settings, reception, etc. that I should ask the BM when I go this weekend. I'm going again next Saturday, so if I forget anything I can always ask then also!

Any help from you girls would be appreciated!!! TIA!

Some of the things that we asked:
Can we substitute veggies/sides?
Food allergy questions-nuts, seafood, etc.
Will the salad be on the table when we walk in or served as we're walking in?
Is the cake out on display the whole time?

1. When can the florist arrive?
2. Are there baskets in the bathroom?
3. How long is the aisle for aisle runner?
4. Do you provide the easel for sign in board?
5. Is there a special entrance for deliveries?
6. When is the final drop off? Do you need a list of what I will be dropping off?
7. When can the DJ arrive for set up?
8. Who should you call day of if there is a problem? (Who should vendors call?)
9. Who will be served first? Last?
10. Do I have to bring a box for the top of our cake?
11. When will the vendors eat? Where will they sit?
12. Will the waiters be taking drink orders?
13. Policy on people ordering seconds.
14. Can I have food wrapped up to take to the hotel?
15. How early can I arrive for pictures?
16. When is the final guest count due?
17. When is final Payment due?
18. Who will be my maitre d?
19. Who will have access of bridal suite? Is it locked?
20. Where can we take pictures?
21. How is the cocktail room decorated / setup?
22. The price for children / vendors?
23. What are the kids meals.
24. Display of cake/cake table decorations.
25. Where is Place card table set?
26. Who do we have to tip?

Not sure what to ask- but we made sure we tried the wine at our tasting to see what they will serve at our wedding- but I guess ask about portion size, accompanyments (potato, rice, etc)- if guests can request an entree be baked instead of fried
