Food/Venue Opinions & Quotes!

Hi all! I am very recently engaged- only a week! But that hasn’t stopped me from searching around for venues & I could use all the help I could get! We are looking to get married in either March, April, or May of 2015 and are very interested in your opinions on the FOOD at many of the venues you are booked at or have been to previously- also, does anyone have an idea of quotes for these or of other locations to start us in our search? So far we have been looking at the Bourne Mansion, The Inn at New Hyde Park, The North Ritz Club, Carlyle On The Green, Chateau Briand, The Lessings Dowling Vanderbilt Mansion & Chateau at Coindre Hall, and the Metropolitan. Thank you!!!

I am booked at Three Village Inn. Coindre Hall uses the same caterer/chef (Mirabelle) ... I've heard nothing but good things!

We booked with Timber Point which is another Lessings venue. We booked with Miriam who is a sweetheart and answers all of your questions. I think I may still have the pricing papers I will send you FM if I find it!

Bourne mansion had great food my fsil got married there.....they are part of lessings venues the food is always good!

I loooooooved Carlyle but it was out of our price range. If you can afford it, i think it's the nicest out of all of those choices!

foods really good at bourne...but they have a site fee which differs a lot from april to may as well as PP

2014er crashing... THE METROPOLITAN... We had our tasting in July, and we finished ERRYTHANG. OMG, the food is so good. And for a Sunday in March, it was a steal!

highly recommend bourne mansion!! my wedding was amazing.. and the food is delicious we have heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests!

I love the new hyde park it. It's so beautiful. But it's a lil pricey!!
Prices range from 115-155 plu 20% and stat tax...kinda out of my budget...but love love love it!!!!
