FOOTBALL THREAD

I'm not a big football fan but I will root for the Steelers because my husband is a big fan of that team and they are playing Sunday. However my husband did root for the Jets last night. He likes that team and always roots for them unless they play the steelers...

FH is Giants fan. I like to root for the Steelers since my family is from Pitt, and grandma is a huge fan!!!
but i picked washington to win last night in my picks!!! YAY!!! one down!

Some guy in the elevator told me he had tickets to the Dallas / NY Giants game. I immediately told him I'd buy them if he didnt want them. hehehe

He seemed shocked.. a chic who likes Football.

CONFESSION:
We had tickets to the US Open Mens Singles Finals. Andy Rodd*ck.. so forth.
So there I am up in the stands.. after the ladies doubles final.. enjoing the sun and my $5 bottle of water.. when it hits me 'Hey, doesnt your phone have web access? If so, I can get scores right?'
During the Rodd*ck game.. , I nudge my FH 'Check the score for Dallas' Dallas was up at the time in the second quarter... There I am.. in a quiet stand saying 'What quarter.. whos up Dallas or Atlanta' The nice next to me giggled. I think people would have thought that scene would go the other way around.

well, its hard for me to adjust w/ parcells as a coach, I know he is a good coach but I just NEVER liked him when he was in NY
I dont know............ I hope he can turn them around, he just never smiles, etc.....
why didnt they just make Troy aikman the coach!
