? for 07'ers (tryin to move boards along )

Ok, being that alot of us have been engaged & planning for quite some time , is there any thing that your not gonna do now that you were all hyped up to do when u first got engaged. Like say a trendy thing , or just something that you came across & now that time has passed you changed your mind.,

Mine was the cry packs & petal cones.. After seeing some 06 reviews , I noticed not many of them who did the 'trendy' or 'novelty' thing didnt even have them in their pics,,

Not doing the cry packs or the 'we do' letters...still thinking about the slipper basket.

We were going to do save the dates but the time has passed.

We are skipping the cry packs, and we do letters also.

I originally was going to do cry packs, but now I don't think I am. still deciding on the We Do letters.

I'm also not doing the monogram cake topper.

I may do the petal cones because I don't want people throwing bird seed at me or possible spilling bubbles on me.

I am definitely not doing cry packs or We Do letters.

I was really into the monogram cake topper at first but now I'm having second thoughts and I was gonna do the 'I DO' letters too but decided against it a few months ago.

I may still do petal cones BUT am not doing cry packs, slipper baskets or programs. I've been told by a few brides and my DOC that programs are a waste of time and $$$.

I'm not doing the cry packs but I'm on the fence about the programs...I'm not sure their worth all the work.

not doing cry packs or petal cones... still want to do the disposable camera scavenger hunt, put together the kids coloring book and looking to do the photo cube, photo screen seating chart and fan programw

edit: and fellow LIWer JP&EP is sending me her We Do letters. how awesome is she?

No Card box, mailbox, birdcage
No Photo Montage
No Bathroom basket
No initials for a cake topper

Sometimes I just think some of these new traditions are out of control. My sister is getting married in 2 1/2 weeks and she is probably doing every little chessy thing. She just had to have it. LOL
