I haven't a clue but you might want to try posting this in the parenting board - the ladies there have more experience with these matters!

I've never heard of tipping a priest for a Christening

I think that is only for weddings but I could be wrong

You actually do tip the priest for a christening - i got some papers from teh church and it says a gratuity is customary....i decided to give what i would give if it was a wedding. Thanks
