I have my trial coming up. I plan on getting the airbrushing done. Do I tip her and how much? The trial is free, but the airbrush costs extra. Thanks.

I had my trial with Jacquelyn in July & I booked her on the spot. I loved her work! I even have before & after shots. She is even covering my tattoos on me that day!
You do not have to tip her, but I did.

I had an air brush trial too and my sister also had a trial which was $25. So together it was $50.00, I didn't give a tip on top of that.

I was unsure when I went for my trial too. But as soon as I met her, I was instantly comfortable - she makes you feel like you've known her for years!! And when I saw how she transformed me - well, there was no question I was tipping her!! I also felt like she spent a ton of time on me, no rushing at all, which made me feel a tip was absolutely necessary...good luck at your trial!!!!!

Thanks everyone! Sounds like I am going to tip her. Now I just have to figure out how much. Maybe I'll wait and see how great she really is. I'm so excited! I'll let you all know how it turns out!

I booked her on the spot as well. I got the airbrush and I did tip her as well. She is sweet and very easy to work with.

I also booked her on the spot and gave her a tip (she did me and my mom). Her work/personality are great, I can't wait till she does my makeup for the wedding

Yikes... I feel soo bad. I was such awe over the job she did and so busy admiring myself ( I Hardly ever wear make-up) that I didn't think about tipping her until I was on my way home!!! Thinking back I really wish I had. I'll try to make it up to her when I go back with my MOH for a trial.

I don't think she charges extra for coming to your house. She has one flat rate.

Lisa, this is one of the best make-up artists around. I actually just made a trial appt for next Thursday with her because of all the GREAT things I've heard about her on this site. I just got off the phone with her and she is soo pleasant and sweet! Supposedly she is VERY difficult to get so I am doing this now!
