How many points extra are you allowed when you exercise? I know if you exercise on a particular day you're given extra points for that day...anyone know what it is? TIA

Re: For all the WW girls
It depends on how much you weigh, how high the intensity is and how long you do it for. For example, I weigh 130. If I do high intensity exercise for an hour, I get an extra 2 points.

if you go to the ww website- you can type in the exercise you did, your weight and length of time and it will figure out how many points extra that you get that day- its really helpful because i can never figure it out with the activity slide that they give you

Re: For all the WW girls
The WW site calculates how many activity points you earn based on the weight and activity levels you input when you join. You don't 'get' extra points so much as you get back points you already ate. Let's say you are allowed 22 points a day for food, and by the time you've had breakfast and lunch, you've eaten 15 points. If you then go to the gym and earn 4 activity points, you 'get those points back' so you have a total of 11 points to eat for dinner.
Some people don't eat their activity points though - it's a personal choice just like the choice whether or not to eat your flex points. I always eat all of it and I've done really well. But the points are very exercise, time and intensity-specific.
