School supply shopping s ucks!!!! Everything in my son's school has to be color coordinated for each subject. Which is fine and easy for them but, sometimes you just cant find a certain color in anything they ask for or there is one thing you need and they dont have it anywhere but, almost what they are asking for but, its not good enough. I cant find red marble notebooks anywhere and I was just at 5 stores. I have a black and white and a spiral red one...they will have to deal with one of them unless I find it in my hunt to find the items in maroon. Sorry had to vent alittle.

wow, they didnt use to do this at my school! what happens if you cant find it? will they be okay with your son using a different book for that subject? You can always get a balck and white one and then use a red marker to color it

Believe me ... it is not easy .. today is the 21st, and I have not gotten anything from the schools yet ... I have 4 kids.. going into 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th grades.... I am not going to stress over it anymore... Our school is changing teachers around and we are also getting a new principal... so I know there are changes going on ... so I must be patient !!!!!!!! Have a good one !
