I just used a mail merge in Word. I used the Exmouth font that I downloaded from dafont.com. It's pretty easy to do, just make sure you have extra envelopes to practice with.

Re: For anyone printing adresses on their own envelopes??
Haven't done my wedding invites yet-- but we did print on the envelopes for our Eparty-- I used Word, edited the page size to the same as my envelope & I saved each one by last name. I know that I could have done a list in excel or acess-- but I don't have either at home so I just typed & saved-- I used Bradley's Hand as the font-- but it was less formal than a wedding. I like Eduardian Script for a Wedding Invite-- you can always download more fonts online at fonts.com--the best part about having typed them in is that I just printed them out again for the TY's in a font that looked like handwriting- and I already have them in the computer for the wedding! good luck!

I have been using illustrator for everything...
I make the doucument size the size of whatever I am printing if it is a 7x7 invte or card that is the siize I make the document and then I work from there.
I can never figure out that kind of stuff in word.

I just used Microsoft Word (I went to Tools, then Letters and Mailings, then Envelopes). I used Chopin Script font and they all came out really nice!
Took me a few times of practice in order to get the positioning and sizing correct tho.

I typed up the list in excel and then used the mail merge function in word to print out the envelopes. I used adorable font from dafont.com.
Good luck! I hope your printer was better than mine was, it took a lot longer than I was expecting!!!
