IF YOU DON'T MIND ME ASKING..THE MONEY YOU MADE FORM THE ENGAGEMENT PARTY ARE YOU SAVING IT TO USE TO PAY FOR YOUR WEDDING OR ON OTHER THINGS....?

We didn;t have a aprty, but we got some gifts and cash. we're going to save it to furnish our home after the wedding. Can we say registry completion discount?

we made a decent amount that went straight into a joint account to pay for the wedding!

WOW! We're having an enagagement/holiday party in a few weeks and I wasn't really expecting to get gifts or that much money! I mean people are asking if we're registerd (which we're not yet) but is this something I should be expecting?

We just wanted our family and friends to have an excuse to have fun.

I didn't even know what an engagement party was. I'm from upstate and we don't do that. I didn't expect anything. We got a bunch of stuff off our registry and $$. The money went right into our wedding savings. Never expect!

Well if I did get mony lol I would have saved it for the various wedding deposits but since I didnt get that much I bought beautiful white sheets for my bed Gotta love egyptian cotton
