For brides doing themes

We are having a fall theme!! I have never been to a wedding with a theme ever! I love the fall

Rose theme and my bridesmaids' dress color -pink

I used different shades of pink roses in the Bo-Ks, centerpieces, on the favors, rose petals to toss at church

I've never been to a theme wedding either, and yet somehow I let FH talk me into having a Venetian masked ball as our reception.

Still trying to figure out exactly how the 'Venetian' part fits in! But we're definitely having a masked ball.

Tiffany's theme. We got engaged at Tiffany's so we are carrying on the theme to the wedding! The BM dresses are robin's egg blue, the flowers will be tiffany blue and white, the centerpieces too. The reception hall even has the appropriate linens.

It's going to be lots of pink and lots of Tiffany's. Just not sure how to keep it from looking like a baby shower I really love the 'a love for all seasons' idea. It's so creative!!

My MOH is doing a beach theme for her wedding.

What song did you find that fits? There is also the song 'Seasons of Love' from the Broadway Show Rent.

I'm doing a beach theme. Would love to hear about some of the unique ideas everyone is doing to incorporate themes into the wedding. We should start a thread.

My FI and I first kissed on the beach, wne to the beach on our first date and, in February, got engaged on the beach. The beach theme just seemed natural!

never heard of it till i found it on the internet

Each room will also have a poem about love in that season

As you walk into the bourne each guest gets a glass of champagne - at the bottom will be a scallped label that says love for all seasons, our names, and date

We are doing the yellow room as spring - with tullips - pictures of us growing up in the spring time

Fall will be where the fireplace - the red room - we will have leaves between allt he fall pictures

Summer will be outside - and i will use flowers that are all bright -pinks, purples and blues


then the ball room will be a winter wonderland with - it is white - we will fron each window - have shimmery blue overlays for the tables -with snowflakes tossed on the table - with silver candelobras in the middle -plus as walk into the ballroom we will have two large christmas trees with ornament place seatings

plus i found wine charms of the four seasons as our favor

I am doing a black and white wedding... and i think roses and rose petals galore!!!!!!!!!!!!
