For brides who honeymooned in Tahiti

What's the one thing I should definitely do?(besides the overwater bungalow) - I'm talking about excursions, dinners or tour outings.

What should I definitely avoid? why?

Which was your favorite island? Is there any island you wish you had skipped?

Thanks a lot.

Bloody Mary's for dinner in Bora Bora was a fun experience. Both Morrea and Bora Bora were great overall. I stayed at the Sheraton Morrea and the Bora Bora Nui. We also went to the island Huahine, it was a little too remote for me.
I wouldn't recommend staying on the main Island of Tahiti for than a 1 night stopover.
We didn't do a lot of excursions, we just relaxed, but we did an escorted 1 1/2 hour jet ski around the island on Bora Bora. There were only 4 other couples, it was a great ride.
Good luck, let me know if you have any specific questions.

Def go to Bloody Mary's - it's yummy! The most fun excursion we went on was the shark feeding in Bora Bora. I would also recommend doing an excursion were you go to a private motu for a 1/2 day and have lunch there.

I would skip the cheesy polynesian dinner shows. Not worth it IMO.

Also if you are going to get a black pearl buy it loose from a repuatable jewler and have it set in the USA.
We did a cruise to the South pacific and loved it. We plan on going back for our 10 year anniversary.
Any questions, I will try to answer, just FM mail me. HTH
