For everyone who printed their own envelopes...

stupid questions: What did you use to practice on? I don't have any extra envelopes and I want to practice a little. Any suggestions?

I cut a piece of regular paper to the desired size and ran it through cheap and easy

ETA: I really did not have any major problems with it. I think one got jammed, but it was not a big deal since I did have extras. I hope you have a few extra.

I just printed ona regular sheet of paper first to figure out which way I need ot put the envelopes in...other than that I didn't really practice....messed up a few though, but we had extra.

I messed up on a lot honestly - I couldn't get it to print perfectly and then when I did, I smudged them. . . And that is after printingi t on a cut piece of paper - good thing I had 50 to spare!

I also cut a piece of paper the same size as the envelope. Also check to see if your printer has an option for envelopes, it will keep the envelopes from jamming and smudging. HTH

I also cut a piece of paper to the correct size. Worked perfectly.

FYI - Check every invitation because I had an incident where some how double printed on outer and the next 5 outers and inners were reversed. What a nightmare. I only had a few to spare and ended up actually being one inner short
