I think as soon as you walk into the reception or by the DJ booth and let him announce it once the party gets started

Mine were out by the DJ all night. I asked the DJ to make an announcement though right after the bouquet toss/garter toss

Ours will probably be out on the dancefloor by DJ the whole night. Not sure yet though!

I believe we will put it by the DJ booth. That's where their feet will start hurting so it will be easy to just grab a pair!
