For girls doing the pic sharing thing

are you going to make that cute note that says 'upload your pics at our web' and have on on each table? And if so, how big are you making it?

I may or may not have stolen some printable business cards from my last job, so I'm going to be using them.

I'm probably going to put like four on each table.

Mine was business card sized and I had one for every 2 people. Apparently there's a monthly upload limit on Flickr though so check into that before you make them and find a site that doesn't have the limit or pay for the extra space. Everyone wound up just loading the photos onto facebook anyway.

I think I may include these in my thank you cards. Knowing my family and FH's family, they won't pay attention to these things.

We had the note on the back of our cookie favor tags but honestly most of the pictures I received was b/c I asked people after the wedding to send it to me.

Oh thats great thanks ladies! I was thinking business size too! Im printing them myself and wasnt sure how many to make! I think about 4-6 per table is good.

i got 250 cards from vita print for free so everyone is gtting one..ill prob put it on the plate or someting..th whole thing only cost me 5 bucks

Business card size from vista print. I got 250 for free and paid less than $10 for the shipping.
I included our mongram and this note:

We are honored that you are here to share in our special day.

If you are taking pictures please send them our way.

Email your photos to [email protected].

I was thinking of putting the business card size ones on the cocktail hour tables, instead of the tables in the reception room

Oh well...no one is going to even come to our wedding, let alone upload enough pics to go over our capacity

I got the 250 free business cards from Vista Print, so I will probably put one at each setting, since we certainly have enough to do so.

I did the business card size and had 1 at each place setting, and not one person uploaded pics! so annoying!

FH thinks this is a silly idea (I asked him about it yesterday). He says people can just email them to us or post the on Facebook.

I guess he's right, those are both options. It is just a little silly to be paying a professional $2k to take our pictures and then to be worried about getting even more from friends and family. Most will automatically share them with us (or at least tag us on facebook).

That's just HIS opinion -- I still think it's a wonderful idea. But I'll probably just listen to him anyway.
