My make up trial will be $45 and the day of $100 for the bride, $65 for the BM's.

Hair trial $70, day of $125 ($100 for BM's)

Is that too much?

that doesn't sound too bad...i'm just trying to get an idea of what the average cost is. i haven't really started to figure it out yet.

I went for trials with two different people, so I paid $90 in trials ($45 each) and the one that I chose is charging me $65 on the wedding day. I am going to her salon and she is doing all the moms and the bridesmaids - all $65 a piece.
I don't think that I got a good deal, but I also think that it was competitive with other prices out there.

Jacqueline Nicole does free trials if you don't do airbrush. I think it was $25 for the trial if you use airbrush. And she's great, and very sweet!

oh makeup counters at the malls generally do free trials...i have someone i love, but she is a little pricey which is why i was asking about this. i can get as many free trials as i want pretty much....i always end up buying something though.

too much...$125 for the day of the wedding. For the makeup trial, I bought 4 Mac products, so that covered it

i think it was 25 for the trial (i had two, she did the second for free) and about $100 or $125 for the day of.

How does that work at a makeup cunter?
Can you make an appointmet for them to do your makeup , day of, or do you just go for a trail, and but the stuff & do it yourself?

A few other people have mentioned this & I wasn't sure how it worked.

i have a girl who i love the way she does my makeup...i've had it done by her before...but i went in made an appointment and had it done...she would come to the house, but she charges a lot. The suggestion that i have about makeup counters is this...if you like the way the persons makeup looks chances are you will like how they do yours...so if you go to the mall look around find some people you like and see if they will do it. i also know some people that have gone to the mall to have it done.

I've heard about trials that are mostly $50.00
Day of: $75.00 and more

Bridesmaids...the day of about 65.00 to 75.00

These are just average prices I've seen.
