I highly recommend crest vivid white tooth paste!!!!
I have been using it for a week now and I already notice a difference!!!
I drink a lot of coffee and tea, but I have limited myself to once or twice a day and when I drink it I use a straw to prevent staining as much as possible....cant have that for the wedding pics!

Ooo thanks i am gonna try it out...John(joe's brother) had gotten the professional white strips from the dentist but never used them so joe knew i wanted to buy some so he gave them to me. I tried it for a short period of time but they really were making my teeth hurt

I know!! they make your teeth so sensative!!! I havent noticed a difference with this one at all!

yeah and while i had them on, for the 20-30 mins whatever it was, seriously the most uncomfortable thing...but thanks ill def try it

i also recommend the pre brush rinse by listerine..that works well also.
edit... im a non smoker and non coffee drinker so my teeth are pretty white to begin with..im lookin for the news anchor white..and this stuff helps ( i feel)
