Does the RH (BM, Maitre'd..) put out your place cards, menus, programs, table numbers for you??
Or do I need a DOC to do that for me if I have them made?

Most RH's do it for you. But a DOC would do it exactly how you want it and to perfection!

They will do all of that for you. You'll go over it during your last walkthrough. If you have a DOC, then he/she will most likely do it or assist in doing it to makes sure it's set up how you want it.
